Advertising Terms and Conditions
Banner Requirements
- Acceptable formats: JPG, PNG.
- Audio effects are prohibited.
- Banners must be clear and legible. We reserve the right to reject low-quality or blurry banners.
- Banners must not appear as system or site warnings.
- Banners should not resemble Windows, Mac, or Unix dialog boxes or error messages.
- Banners must not include mock animated features like drop-down menus or search boxes.
- Trick-to-click banners that may confuse users are prohibited.
- Banners may be changed during the lease period.
Payment Terms
- Advertisers can pay for our services using various transfer methods, including PayPal, Skrill, WebMoney, SWIFT bank transfer (invoice), or other similar services. We accept payments in cryptocurrencies, EUR, USD, and RSD. Payments for our services are typically made in advance, but we also offer the option to arrange for monthly or quarterly transfers.
Advertisement Start
- Ads will only begin once full payment is received. However, if an agreement is made for monthly or quarterly payments, ads will start after the initial payment is completed.
Trademark Infringement
- Advertisers or their agents are responsible for ensuring their ads do not infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights.
Legal Compliance
- All advertising material must comply with the Fair Trading Act, Commerce Act, and Copyright Act.
Liability
- Advertisers are solely responsible for any liabilities arising from their banner advertisements and linked material.
Terminations
- Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of advertising services.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil disturbances, telecommunications disruptions, or equipment failures.
Content Regulation
- Advertisers are responsible for pre-screening content. We reserve the right to request removal of content deemed harmful or in violation of our policies. Advertisers must not include abusive, defamatory, or illegal material. We may cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of Serbia.
