Yeah leverage is kind of loan offered by the broker so that you don’t have to deposit higher. You can just use the higher leverage to open higher margin transactions. That being said, just by offering higher leverage is not enough to choose a broker! Many brokers provide very high leverage but their trading conditions are very poor and some even do play games during profit withdrawals! Therefore one must stick with only those brokers which provide good trading conditions along with other supporting conditions.

Leverage facilities depends on your account type. Traders are very well known about the leverage advantages given by broker. Most of the time people are getting attracts for leverage to Forex trading. You will be able to get good amount of leverage with the support of your broker. It depends on your broker. It is expressed by the use of borrowed capital and it is on the base of margin.

Standard forex leverage which starts at 100:1 to highest 1000:1. But the leverage facility depends on account type. To control the greed of traders they did not provide same kind of leverage facility for every type of account they offered. This the best way for newbies to improve their trading strategies and plans. Though all we know that margin forex is very high risk and leverage should be used wisely.
