I don't know what's going on with this service, I'm totally pissed off. Again, I have the same problem as the first time, I can't withdraw my money! I have almost 100% verified profile or account except for Video ID verification. I just couldn't do this step the first time, and I can't do it now either. The problem is a small window and the third step in this process, where you must read some Terms & Conditions while the camera is recording you. The first five-word simple is not visible, because of the dropdown many. I use my mac everything is fine whit my mac, but, I don't know? Then I try to use the WebMoney mobile app, but man I can't log in to my profile. Only is possible to make a new WMID or something, I don't know anymore. The same problem as the first time. So I gave up again. This video Id verification process is not so important, except in case you want to withdraw more than a thousand USD. So again, my profile is verified, I send bills for address verification already, my passport, and everything back in 2017. My limit is a thousand USD. Approved limit. Now, these guys required a new bill or something to again approve my address. Don't ask me why, because I don't know why?
So, I sent again a new scan copy and send a bank statement too, for any case. I got the answer to my email " the data match may take up to 5-10 working days". Ten days, ten days!!! I can't believe it. Then I try to chat whit support, and everything was okay in the first five words. After that WebMoney support says, we don't speak English only Russian. Here is the link for support in English, I click on the link and go to the Russian website page. So I start chatting in Russian, and quite well, or at least I think so. Serbian and Russian are similar because we have almost the same alphabet.
Then the support blew me away after ten words. I'm really pissed off, really!! So, thank you guys because I can't withdraw my money, and again I have a similar problem, I don't know why?
